Module II: Building Vehicle 2

Introduction

Building Vehicles Module II walks through turning a raw motorcycle mesh into a simulated vehicle object: aligning and centering it, assigning materials, cleaning up the wheel geometry, then exporting it and applying it to an exemplar motorcycle to set its physical properties.

  • Note, the process of applying materials to vehicle components is shown using the VC3, VC4, and VC5 interface via the "faces" menu. VC6 users, please use the "material" menu as described in the User's Guide at this link: https://www.vcrashusa.com/guide-chapter23-vc6
